POOP IS VALUABLE.

Why is poop valuable? Examining poop (bowel movement sample) can give us the answers to a number of health issues. Many people are unaware that most parasites (worms) cannot be seen the BM. We are looking for eggs under the microscope. Many parasites can cause life threatening anemia and irritation in the intestinal tract. Some parasite are contagious to people.

We recommend a fecal test on new animals BEFORE you put them in the same backyard as your other dogs or with your other cats. We recommend fecal tests on animals having diarrhea, new puppies and kittens, and animals that go to the park or walk around the neighborhood.  As dogs are walking, they stop to inspect areas other where other animals have gone to the bathroom. They come home, lick their paws, and are infected with parasite eggs. Some parasites can even burrow directly thru the skin of animals AND PEOPLE!
